What boot styles do you offer?
We offer 8 complementary lines: Victoria (Balmoral), Tozeur (Chukka), Zanzibar (Chelsea), Gizeh (Jodhpur), Okavongo (Octavian Buckles), Sahara (Jumper), Drakensberg (Military Brogues) and Kilimanjaro (Hiking).
Each model is named after a legendary African location, reflecting its character and soul.
How do I choose the right size?
if you know your size, you will find the right one among EU, UK or US sizes. If not, you offer the access to the FEETSIZR App, a smart foot scanning tool that helps you find your perfect fit with precision.
We’ve created a style guide that matches each boot with common trouser types (jeans, chinos, cargo pants, suit trousers, flannel/linen) to help you find the perfect fit for your wardrobe.

Customization
Can I customize my boots?
Yes. Customization is included with every model. Choose your finish, color, laces, and even add your initials, for the basic Fastlane Configuration. Accessing the Atelier Configuration, you will be able to configurate much more details, and access to more fabrics, suede or grained leathers, etc. Every pair becomes as unique as you.
How long does it take to make customized boots?
Customized boots are made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 working weeks for production and shipping, depending on the level of customization you want.

Quality & Craftsmanship
Where are your boots made?
Our boots are handcrafted in Spain, in the Almansa region, in specialized workshops using the traditional Goodyear welt method — a guarantee of durability and comfort.
What materials do you use?
We use premium leathers, robust leather or rubber soles, and refined finishes. Every detail is designed to last. Our calf tanneries come from North West Spain, Germany and Italy.

Orders & Delivery
Do you deliver across Europe?
Yes. We deliver to 26 EU countries. Free shipping for every pair of boots (shoe tree and shoe care kits are excluded).
Can I return my boots?
We guarantee the quality of our boots and will refund in case of any defect. Understandably, each of our Make-To-Order concept are produced strictly following customer's instructions, therefore returns are not permitted for configuration choices, such as size or color. We provide full support to help you select the perfect pair.
