📦 Return & Refunds Policy – Lion Boots

1. Order Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

Each pair of boots is produced specifically for the Customer following order confirmation.

Cancellation Before Production

Customers may request a cancellation only before the production process has begun.

  • The production order is automatically initiated within 12 hours of order confirmation.

  • Any cancellation request must therefore be submitted within this 12-hour window.

No Cancellation After Production Has Started

Once the production order has been launched, the order can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or whose production has already begun at the Customer’s request.

By placing an order, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that:

  • production may begin within 12 hours of order confirmation, and

  • once production has started, the Customer loses the right to cancel or withdraw from the contract, except in cases of proven non-conformity or error attributable to us.

We therefore strongly encourage Customers to carefully review all order details (model, size, options) before completing their purchase.


2. Non-Conformity to Order

In the unlikely event that the delivered Product does not correspond to the specifications confirmed at the time of order (such as an incorrect model or size), the Customer may request a remedy under the following conditions:

  • The Customer must contact contact@lionboots.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The request must include clear pictures allowing us to verify the non-conformity.

  • Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If the non-conformity is confirmed, Lion Boots will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.


3. Voluntary Return Policy (Fit & Condition)

We want you to be fully satisfied with your new boots.

If you change your mind, Lion Boots offers a voluntary return policy, allowing Customers to return their order at their own costs within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

This return policy is a commercial gesture and does not constitute a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

How to Make a Return

To ensure a smooth and professional handling of your return, we use a dedicated DHL collection point.

Return conditions:

  • The boots must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in “as-new” condition

  • Returned in their original box with all original contents

  • This address accepts DHL shipments only

  • Returns sent via other carriers will not be accepted

Proof of Shipment

Customers must retain the tracking number and shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method, within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • If the Product was purchased using a discount code or promotional bundle, the refund will reflect the adjusted value paid

  • Discount codes used are not refunded but may be reissued for future use


5. Limitations

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to materials or screen display settings are not considered defects.
Subjective preferences or aesthetic judgments do not qualify for return or refund if the Product matches the confirmed specifications.
