📦 Shipping Policy – Lion Boots

1. Delivery Areas

Lion Boots ships to almost all countries within the European Union. Orders are fulfilled directly by our partner workshops and logistics providers DHL or FEDEX.

2. Production & Shipping Times

All Lion Boots products are made to order, based on the customer’s specifications.

• Production time: 7 or 25 business days, depending on Fastlane or Atelier boots

• Shipping time: 2 to 5 business days depending on destination

Please note that these are estimates. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected customs clearance.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the delivery status via the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Standard shipping: Free for orders over 300€

• Express shipping: Available in selected countries for an additional fee

5. Combined Shipments

If multiple orders are placed by the same customer within a short timeframe, Lion Boots may combine shipments to reduce environmental impact and optimize delivery. This does not affect delivery times.

6. Delivery Issues

Lion Boots is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather disruptions).
If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact contact@lionboots.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photos if applicable. Each case will be reviewed individually.
